By engaging Mark G Patricoski PC dba Patricoski Law Offices ("we," "our," or "us") for legal services and consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our personal injury intake forms, you agree to receive text messages from Mark G Patricoski PC. When you opt in, you will receive a welcome message stating: "Welcome to Mark G Patricoski PC text messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We collect consent through:

  • Our client intake forms, which include a clear checkbox for SMS consent

  • Our website contact forms, which include a clear checkbox for SMS consent

    Each form clearly displays the messaging terms, frequency, and opt-out information before consent is given.

2.2 Types of Messages

You will receive SMS messages regarding:

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders; and

  • Case-related updates and information as well as questions from your attorney.

2.3 Message Controls and Support

  • For assistance: Reply HELP to any message. You will receive: "Mark G Patricoski PC: For support, call (630) 933 8000, email info@markpatlaw.com, or visit plolegal.com. Reply STOP to cancel messages."

2.4 Message Frequency and Charges

  • Message frequency varies based on your case needs and ongoing communications

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier

2.3 Opt-Out Instructions

  • Text STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications

  • Text HELP for assistance

3. Client Communications

  • All communications between you and our office are subject to attorney-client privilege
